Experience wellness with a morning exploration of the nearby sights of Palm Springs. Meet your Wellness Guides in the hotel lobby at 7:50 AM to depart promptly at 8AM and return in time to refresh before a full day of learning and connection. No need to RSVP, just come as you are!

7 am - 8 am Java and Journaling

Stop for your morning java and then join Jodi Ohama poolside for a time of reflection and journaling. Start your day by getting closure to what is on your mind, clarity for next steps, and prepare to move forward with CONFIDENCE!  Join Lightheart Sanders and Mary Kuhn to ride the The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Ride along in the the world’s largest rotating tram car—traveling over two-and-one-half miles along the breathtaking cliffs of Chino Canyon, transporting you to to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park. During your journey, tram cars rotate slowly, offering picturesque and spectacular vistas of the valley floor below. Once you reach the Mountain Station—elevation 8,516 feet—enjoy two restaurants, observation decks, natural history museum, two documentary theaters, gift shop and over 50 miles of hiking trails.
